Senior Programme Manager for strategic IAM initiatives

Join us in this role where you’ll be leading the programme for converting the next steps in our Identity Access Management (IAM) strategy to plans. You’ll be working as the Epic Manager for the initiatives implemented mainly by people in an agile standing delivery organisation who will not report to you or work directly in the programme team. 

 

Welcome to IT  
You’ll be heading the IAM Programme where you, together with your colleagues, will work closely with the Leadership of the delivery organisation. You’ll drive the modernisation of IAM Services in the organisation. You’ll also ensure that the key strategic activities are defined, managed, and achieved in line with the IAM Strategy 2024. We collaborate in the team to ensure that we continually improve our Product offering whilst maintaining operational capability to the business. As a team, we engage across the different disciplines to deliver IAM Services. We encourage people to challenge the norm, develop, and grow within a supportive, safe environment. You’ll play an important role in:  

• bringing IAM to the next level by leading the initiative, setting targets, and orchestrating implementation through planning, leadership dialogues, communication, and change activities 

• creating strong relations to the programme’s key stakeholders at all levels and ensuring deliverables together with the agile delivery organisations 

• reporting to the IAM Leadership and the IT Management team on targets, progress, risks, and impediments 

• creating a holistic view on process landscape, organisation angle, and future state of IAM  

• being part of a professional community with other Programme Managers, contributing to building strong capabilities within the area of Programme Management. 

 

To succeed in the role, you:  

• have successfully led several strategic programmes and can convert a strategy to a realistic implementation plan that can be executed through targets and ambitious goal setting 

• have solid IAM knowledge and experience 

• have proven track record of leading IAM projects and programmes, incl. implementing IAM processes, securing compliance with internal and external standards, such as NIS2 and optimisation of the use of relevant IAM tools and across several platforms  

• are a strong relation builder with excellent communication skills, driven by creating ambitious results through others and can handle stakeholders at all levels 

• have a strong understanding of how to orchestrate strategic delivery across an agile organisation model 

• are an open-minded strong executor with an agile mindset.
