Senior Solution Architect - Strategic Field Sales

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect dedicated to supporting valued accounts across North America. This role is crucial for building trust, delivering measurable value, and navigating complex technical and business situations as part of a strategic, creative, and resourceful churn prevention team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical expert and evangelist for the OutSystems agentic systems platform in complex customer environments

• Translate customer business goals into solutions that meet customer’s desired outcomes

• Point of Contact for complex questions, solution tradeoffs and industry best practices 

• Partner with OutSystems Solution delivery team on proof of concept (PoCs) delivery 

• Proactively conduct technical discovery to uncover deep-seated pain points and identify immediate, impactful opportunities for both the Customer and OutSystems

• Deliver strategic high-quality presentations and workshops for enterprise customers 

• Be a trusted advisor with deep insight on IT architecture and agentic systems positioning

• Solve complex business problems using OutSystems platform and agentic capabilities

Salary Determination: Our salary range is based on industry standards, company performance, and market conditions. We offer competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.

In determining salary ranges, we consider factors such as

• Market Research: Industry reports, salary surveys, and online salary databases

• Company Performance: Financial performance, revenue growth, and budget allocation

• Job Requirements: Skills, experience, and qualifications necessary for the role

• Geographic Location: Cost of living, market conditions, and industry standards in our region

• $140,250 - $170,775 Base Salary

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS Solution Architecture, Solution Consulting or similar customer facing technical roles

• 4+ years experience leading technical strategy for enterprise level projects or solutioning

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline

• Strong business acumen with compelling presentation and effective communication skills

• Knowledge of agentic systems, web/ mobile app development and business modeling
