IT Advisor, Technology Consulting, Technology Solution Delivery, Oracle (Customer - Power & Utilities) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1505849), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, New York, NY. 

 

Advise clients on Information Technology solutions to bridge the gap between business and IT. Focus on providing one stop solutions for end-to-end project implementation enabled by Oracle products in the Power & Utilities sector. Advise on the strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle for business solutions. Analyze client requirements, procedures, and problems to develop the right solution for business, while leveraging the capabilities of Oracle products. Use proven methodologies, tools and accelerators to support program implementation. Incorporate a collaborative working style to leverage business-led, process-based and technology enabled eco-system. Follow a standard implementation process that brings proven methodologies to support planning and technical integration efforts. Develop tools to manage identity and access effectively and efficiently. Provide service offerings covering program management, assessment and reviews, data management capabilities, and/or end-to-end application development lifecycle.  
 
Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.  Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

 

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Operations or a related field and 5years of progressive, post-baccalaureate advisory and/or consulting experience work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Operations or a related field and 4 years of advisory and/or consulting experience work experience.  

 

Must have 4 years of experience in providing advisory and/or consulting services in the strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle CC&B systems. 

 

Must have 4 years of experience in providing advisory and/or consulting services in the Power & Utilities sector.  

 

Must have 2 full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Solutions (CC&B).

 

Must have 4 years of experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Solutions (CC&B), including configuration of Rates and Billing modules.  

 

Must have 4 years of experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment.  

 

Must have 2 years of experience leading teams of professionals. 

 

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
