The Role:
ModernaTX, Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager, Systems & Reporting for its Cambridge, Massachusetts location.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Conduct evaluations of Chemistry, Manufacturing, & Controls (CMC) metrics and design a comprehensive reporting dashboard to enhance data transparency.
Spearhead initiatives to refine strategic planning, optimizing processes, and digital tools to boost operational effectiveness.
Engineer tools that address the specific needs of Portfolio Management & Operations (PM&O), focusing on project prioritization, risk management, and decision-making frameworks.
Continuously track and assess demand and supply patterns, as well as pertinent metrics, to inform business strategies.
Direct the improvement and management of Portfolio Operations infrastructure, enhancing project management and oversight of CMC schedules.
Utilize Smartsheet for Clinical Portfolio Operations oversight and reporting.
Utilize data analytics tools to evaluate complex data sets, yield insights, develop reports, and inform strategic decision-making.
Establish a goals tracker to synchronize improvement plans with program goals.
Produce and deliver succinct reports for project assessments and update executive management with clear, actionable insights derived from complex datasets.
Enforce industry best practices to promote standardization and enhance collaboration across different operational processes.
Act as an intermediary between users and technical teams, interpreting user needs into detailed specifications for tailored digital solutions.
Craft user requirement specifications to effectively translate business needs into digital application functionalities.
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Minimum requirements:
Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Bioprocessing, or related field and 4 years of experience in a position involving clinical development program management for the biotechnology industry. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in the stated fields and 6 years of the stated post-baccalaureate, progressive experience. 4 years of experience must include:
Working within CMC operations (Manufacturing, Quality & Supply Chain) for biotechnology including drug manufacturing practices, product quality control and release, & product supply planning;
Smartsheet development for clinical portfolio oversight and reporting;
PowerBI & Power Apps;
Developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies with Operational Excellence techniques;
Project management; and
Strategic planning.
May telecommute up to 2 days per week.
