As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Customer Service Patrol Driver in Asheville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate at an aerospace and defense manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, production areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation while communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
