Job Description Summary
F-Series Domestic Customer Account Manager – The Customer Account Manager (CAM) will be responsible in overseeing the management and execution of the Captains of Industry (COI) contract, supporting spare and repair parts procurement for the F-Series engine lines (F110,F101,F118). This role includes activities such as processing order transactions, material management, coordinating site operations, and warehouse logistics & shipping to meet program objectives and customer requirements.This role serves as the primary interface with the US Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and involves facilitating transactions, forecasting material needs, and managing Supplier Initiated Ordering (SIO) processes to meet program targets. Responsibilities include short and long-term forecasting across a complex Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring order-to-remittance (OTR) flow, and leading a team of contingent workers to support program execution. The role also requires cross-functional problem-solving to address issues such as ERP system challenges, supply chain constraints, and logistics delays, while maintaining high standards of quality, timeliness, and volume.
The Customer Account Manager will represent GE Aerospace at PMR, Collaborative Forecasting (COFO) meetings, and other forums, engaging with DLA Richmond program focals and end users, including USAF and FMS customers. The role demands proactive management of the SIO program, ensuring material is pushed to meet demand and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to program incentives. Success in this position requires leveraging multiple data sources and systems, including Excel and Oracle ERP, to optimize forecasting and program management.

Role Overview
