The expected ENTRY pay range for this position based on experience and equity within the Judicial Branch is $65,658.00 to $74,687.50.
This position is Exempt under the FLSA.

The Technology Communications Coordinator plays a vital role within the Court Technology Services (CTS) department, focusing on the strategic management and execution of communications to enhance collaboration and understanding across the organization. This position is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that align with IT objectives and business goals. The Technology Communications Coordinator will oversee all IT-related communications, ensuring clear, timely, and effective delivery of information about technology initiatives, project statuses, and operational updates. This position will coordinate the preparation and dissemination of internal user and external users of court technology communications materials, manage IT communication channels, and serve as the liaison between CTS and other departments to foster an integrated approach to technology solutions. Key responsibilities include managing the production of IT documentation, assisting in handling crisis communications during system outages or disruptions, and promoting the visibility and understanding of IT projects throughout the Judicial Branch. The role requires a proactive approach to communication challenges, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen ability to translate technical information into accessible language for diverse audiences.

Position Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Public Administration or a related field is required.
Experience:
One (1) year of professional public relations experience.
OR
Combined education and experience qualifications:
An equivalent combination of post-secondary education or job-related experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis
Our Preferred Candidate has:
Experience working in a court or, justice system, or public sector technology environment.
Communications experience within a technology or IT-services organization, ideally support infrastructure, product delivery, and service delivery initiatives.
Familiarity with ITIL-based service management concepts, including incident
