Production Supervisor

What You Will Do 

• Ensure focus on safety for all team members
• Track attendance and record timesheets for payroll processing
• Make decisions related to the production of finished goods
• Remove systematic problems that prevent the efficient production of finished goods
• Help implement new processes that improve, safety, quality, and efficiency
• Build and enhance relationships with production personnel 
• Assign resources to different processes as needs fluctuate
• Schedule overtime as needed

 

What You Will Bring

• 3 years of previous Manufacturing Supervisor experience
• High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree Preferred
• Ability to use Time and Attendance and Production Systems

 

A Plus If You Have

• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• Continuous Improvement Project Experience
•  Strong Communication Skills – Verbal & Written
