Production Supervisor

What You Will Do
- Ensure focus on safety for all team members
- Track attendance and record timesheets for payroll processing
- Make decisions related to the production of finished goods
- Remove systematic problems that prevent the efficient production of finished goods
- Help implement new processes that improve, safety, quality, and efficiency
- Build and enhance relationships with production personnel
- Assign resources to different processes as needs fluctuate
- Schedule overtime as needed
What You Will Bring
- 3 years of previous Manufacturing Supervisor experience
- High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Ability to use Time and Attendance and Production Systems
A Plus If You Have
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Continuous Improvement Project Experience
- Strong Communication Skills – Verbal & Written
