ROLE OVERVIEW
LifeStance is seeking a Clinical Training Program Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing the knowledge, skills, and performance of clinical staff. This position will ensure that LifeStance maintains the highest standards in clinical continuing education and is responsible for overseeing compliance with multiple national clinical continuing education sponsorships, such as ACCME, APA, NBCC, ASWB, and various state-specific sponsorships. Additionally, this role will work closely with National Clinical Leadership, Regional Leadership, and the Director of Learning and Development to build upon and expand the available learning offerings to clinical staff.

LOCATION: This position is fully remote and can be performed anywhere within the United States.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assume responsibility for compliance with and maintenance of multiple national clinical continuing education sponsorships, including ACCME, APA, NBCC, ASWB and several state specific sponsorships, ensuring that educational programming meets all relevant standards and criteria.
Pursue additional clinical continuing education sponsorships as necessary.
Lead the completion of national clinical sponsorship reports and renewals.
Stay current regarding discipline and state specific clinical standards, scopes of practice, and professional skill levels to inform course content requirements and educational categories.
Stay current with license renewal requirements and CE requirements for license categories and states across LifeStance.
Ensure that clinical programming falls within the scope of practice for clinical participants, adheres to clinical values and codes of ethics, is and is directly applicable to practice, promotes cultural awareness, and is based on current science, evidence, and clinical reasoning.
Collaborate with National Clinician Leadership team and Regional Leadership to ensure that clinical content aligns with LifeStance clinical policies and procedures.
Support CLT on the selection, scheduling, and prioritization of clinical topics.
Collaborate with CLT to obtain final approval of the clinical content.
Vet clinical instructors and review instructional materials.
Ensure program evaluation content aligns with standards of national clinical sponsorships.
Oversee the distribution of CE and CME credits.
Manage vendor relationships with partners that provide CE and CME credits.
Address grievances regarding CE and CME in an ethical and timely manner.
Collect and maintain records of training in alignment with national clinical sponsor requirements.
