We are looking for a Worksoft Certify Automation Engineer to be part of our team. This will be a 100% remote role.

Responsibilities & Overview

-- Responsible for automation test scripts with Worksoft Certify

-- Support to create of automation plan, strategy, and project initiation documents

-- Support and maintain the Automation Test plan to meet project requirements.

-- Follow automation best practices.

-- Ownership of the automation testing workstream for the Release.

-- Development and execution of automated test scripts to the agreed schedule.

-- Liaise with the client/BA team to facilitate the gathering of data to feed the automation scripts

-- Troubleshoot automation/business process blockers with the BA/Developer Team

-- Peer review for automation tasks

-- Daily & Weekly reporting to the team lead on the progress of test build & test execution, including defects and any blockers encountered.

-- Review Automation Test Script builds in line with testing best practices.

-- Ability to work individually and also in a team as and when required Learn new tools, and processes quickly

Must haves:

-- Hands-on experience in automation using Worksoft Certify

-- Hands-on experience in automating Web and Windows-based applications

-- Soft skills – eager to learn, positive attitude, and someone who will speak up, contribute to the team/participate, able to provide reporting on time

Preferred:

-- Workday experience is a big plus

Requirements

Technical Skills

-- 4+ years of experience in the end to end automation testing for Web, Desktop API, Data, and Mobile

-- Worksoft Certify tool certified

-- Hands-on experience using the Worksoft Certify automation tool for UI validations

-- Hands-on experience using Execution Manager and distributed executions

-- Hands-on experience in using ALM or any other test management tool

-- Experienced in commercial applications like SAP, Workday, etc.

-- Good understanding of automation strategy, plan, and approach

-- A good understanding of the development and testing life cycle of the software

-- Good decision-making ability

-- Good analytical skills
