Service Support Scheduler

Position Summary
The Service Support Scheduler will track and manage specialty service technicians’ schedules, including third party partners. He/she will assign technician destinations, and timelines, as well as work with inside sales representatives to optimize specialty service routes/runs. The incumbent interacts with inside/outside sales representatives and technicians to keep up-to-date information on routes and schedules in all applicable systems. You may on occasion interact with the Customer to address any emergency concerns or route changes so some customer service experience is helpful. The Service Support Scheduler will work out of a company office managing digital/physical routes, calendars, CRM/ERP systems as appropriate, manage Excel databases, provide weekly electronic optimization reporting, and answer calls from the technicians, inside sales, third parties and on rare occasions, Customers. Role is HYBRID - working from home Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and working in the office in our Mentor Ohio location on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Duties
• Prioritize time sensitive service calls. Manage contractual obligations along with one-time service requests.
• Coordinate, schedule and notify technicians of assignments.
• Monitor technicians’ schedules (including 3rd parties and substitute technicians) and assign to routes.
• Follow up with technicians and management to ensure service completed on time.
• Manage all aspects of third party partner relationships.
• Update systems to reflect up- to- date schedule and maintain timely data integrity.
• Reporting of technician utilization and route optimization statistics.
• Order/Replenish/manage 3rd party supplies and equipment maintenance.
Required Experience
High School Diploma, or equivalent
Preferred Experience
Knowledge of MS Office Suite
