What You Will Do

  • Provide leadership and direction to a Production team.
  • Ensure performance delivery against key targets/metrics and quality standards (deliver the Master Production Schedule and related KPI’s).
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and cost reduction to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within a team.
  • Effectively manage a team to increase line performance and development of individuals.
  • Developing effective relationships within both the production and support departments to achieve organizational goals
  • Ensure that all Health and Safety standards and requirements are met.
  • Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and manage change within a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Experience in an assembly or production environment
  • ERP systems experience
  • Experience setting and managing to KPIs

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience of developing training plans.
  • Experience of developing team members through coaching and mentoring.
  • Experience of developing assembly or logistic processes.
