What is this job all about? 

We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Human Resources Generalist to bring expertise, energy, and initiative to The Arc of the Ozarks. In this professional, exempt role, you’ll manage HR responsibilities with independent judgment and discretion, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, training, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. What will my day-to-day responsibilities look like? 

As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll be at the heart of connecting talent with opportunity and ensuring a smooth HR experience for all employees. Your daily responsibilities include: 

• Planning and participating in recruitment and community networking activities, posting job listings, and updating requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System.
