Position: Regional Property Supervisor

Reports To: Regional Portfolio Manager

Position Type: Full- time / Exempt

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 annually

Essential Functions: 

• Conduct regular inspections of assigned properties.
• Ensure compliance with daily, weekly, and monthly team deadlines.
• Serve as the primary contact for property owners and property managers.
• Oversee a portfolio of multi-family affordable housing properties, including Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
• Assist in developing and monitoring company policies and procedures related to property management.
• Manage monthly budgets, financial reviews, and performance reporting for assigned properties.
• Maintain the physical assets and operational performance of properties.
• Supervise and support team members to ensure timely completion of projects, rent collections, and administrative tasks.
• Oversee annual re-certifications for properties to ensure compliance.
• Make hiring decisions to ensure team alignment with organizational goals.
• Evaluate staff performance and address property needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Skills and qualifications of this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Experience in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)/ Affordable Housing is Required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Expertise in property maintenance management, property marketing, and insurance coordination.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with confidence and independence.
• Demonstrates initiative, empathy, and enthusiasm in taking action.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in  supervising and managing multiple properties (Required).
• Proven track record of staff management and development (Required).
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager property management software (Required).
• In-depth knowledge of California property management laws, policies, and procedures (Required).

Education:

• Certification in Fair Housing (Preferred)
• Real Estate License (Preferred)
