AI Projects Intern (Summer 2025)

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an AI Projects Summer Intern. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on cutting-edge AI projects. As an intern, you will work closely with our team of experienced professionals, contributing to the development and implementation of AI solutions. 

 

Additional job responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the team to design and develop AI algorithms and models 
• Conduct research and gather data to support AI project objectives 
• Assist in testing and evaluating AI systems and applications 
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas 
• Support the team in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing tasks 
• Assist in the documentation and presentation of project findings 

This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid schedule with the expectation of 3 days per week in our Chicago, IL office, and 2 days remote from home.

Qualifications

We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position.

 

Essential skills and experience:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field 
• Strong academic background, particularly in technical courses  
• Proficiency in C programming languages (C/C++/C#) 
• Familiarity with AI concepts and algorithms 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently 
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities 

Valued but not required skills and experience:

• Experience with Python is a plus 
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
