Senior Home Caregiver

Location: Boulder, Colorado Position Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Evenings and Saturdays

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Senior Home Caregiver to provide personal care and support to a woman in Boulder, Colorado. The ideal candidate will offer reliable, attentive care during evening and weekend hours, helping our client maintain comfort, dignity, and independence at home.

Schedule

• Weekdays (Monday–Friday): 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• Total: Approximately 19 hrs/week

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed

• Perform light housekeeping duties (cleaning, laundry, tidying living spaces)

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and other personal hygiene needs

• Provide attentive companionship and engage in meaningful conversation and activities

• Run errands as needed (grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, etc.)

• Monitor and report any changes in the client's health, mood, or well-being

• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving experience

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Boulder, CO

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor

• Ability to follow care plans and maintain client privacy and dignity

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Background check required

• References from previous caregiving positions preferred
