As part of our digital transformation team, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Platform Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and continued evolution of our Workday system. Position Overview:

The Workday Platform Manager will play a key role in the administration, configuration, and support of the Workday platform. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, and other related modules, while driving continuous improvement efforts to maximize the platform’s potential. The Workday Platform Manager will also oversee the management of Workday reports, security protocols, time tracking administration, and change control processes, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the platform meets organizational needs and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management & Support:

    • Oversee day-to-day administration of the Workday platform, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring platform stability and performance.

    • Manage system updates, releases, and patches to ensure that Workday is always running efficiently and in line with the latest features and security standards.

    • Work closely with business units to gather and prioritize platform-related requirements and ensure proper execution of changes or enhancements.

    • Lead the change control process for Workday, including the management of system configurations, updates, and new feature releases.

  • Workday Report Management:

    • Lead staff in the creation, modification, and optimization of Workday reports and analytics, ensuring they align with business needs.

    • Collaborate with functional teams to create actionable, real-time insights to support decision-making across HR, Finance, and other departments.

  • Workday Security Management:

    • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Workday Security, including roles, groups, and securable items.

    • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements related to user access and data protection.

  • Time Tracking Administration Management:

    • Oversee the administration of Workday Time Tracking, ensuring the system is properly configured to meet the organization's needs.

    • Continuously monitor and resolve any issues related to time tracking, including troubleshooting, system configurations, and addressing user inquiries.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Act as a liaison between cross functional departments to identify opportunities for process improvements through the Workday platform.

    • Conduct regular meetings with business leaders and subject matter experts to understand evolving needs and ensure Workday is aligned with organizational goals.

  • System Integration & Optimization:

    • Manage integration of Workday with other internal systems and third-party applications.

    • Ensure the platform is optimized for efficiency, scalability, and compliance, and work on projects for system upgrades or new module deployments.

    • Analyze Workday analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights that enhance decision-making and performance.

  • Compliance & Risk Management:

    • Work with the security and IT teams to maintain data integrity and safeguard confidential information.

    • Ensure the protection of sensitive data, including personal, financial, and transactional information, in accordance with data protection regulations and internal policies.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of Workday platform architecture, configurations, and best practices.

    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
