Job Description
The Cross Domain Computing Solutions (XC) division develops state of the art solutions as well as advanced features leading to the future of automotive electronics and Assisted and Automated Driving. Our dynamic team focuses on innovating and developing user-centric solutions for in-vehicle connected information systems, Advanced Network Solutions, and Drivers Assistance features and systems enabling Autonomous Driving. XC plays a leading role in shaping the dynamic shift toward ever more digitalization in the vehicle.

- R&D controlling for multiple Regional Business Units
- Actual/Forecast/Plan budgeting, headcount planning and calculating of hourly rates in multiple systems including SAP, cost center planning tools and project planning tools
- Close interaction with engineering, project management and other controlling counterparts in all areas including project tracking, budgets, headcount, and affiliate charging
- Support responsible Regional Business Unit Leader with data and analysis for R&D steering
- Handle all aspects of SG&A controlling for multiple Regional Business Units in the XC-NA division
- Close interaction with cost center owners to analyze budgets, headcount and control costs
- Complete reporting deliverables for Actual, Forecast and Plan
- Special requests as needed
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of financial experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer and result oriented, highly efficient and open for new topics
- Very good analytical skills
- Very good knowledge in MS Excel, SAP and P&L Series (IBM Planning Analytics)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural team, team-player mentality
- Ability to work under time pressure
