Under this framework, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Senior Technology Business Analysis Professional to become part of our dynamic Technology & Transformation team in our offices in Athens. In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies to help clients transform their technology platforms and business operations. Partnering with some of the world’s largest organizations, you’ll help COO’s, CFO’s, CIO’s and their teams realize their ambitions – from improving financial performance, to accelerating speed to market and delivering continuous innovation.

Your role as a Senior Technology Business Analysis Professional will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.

During your tenure as a Senior Technology Business Analysis Professional, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Engage with stakeholders to define requirements through workshops and meetings. Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications;
• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable specifications;
• Design business solutions aligned with technical feasibility. Develop wireframes, prototype and acceptance criteria. Lead the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices;
• Work cross - functionally with UX, Development and QA Teams. Communicate requirements clearly and ensure timely project delivery. Manage client expectations and foster strong client relationships;
