Senior Project Manager

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead product development projects from start to finish — from client consultation to final delivery. You’ll work closely with technical teams, manage multiple projects, and help bring new wellness products to market on time and at the highest quality standards.

• Oversee product development projects from quote to final delivery
  

• Act as the central point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams
  

• Monitor timelines and milestones to ensure on-time delivery
  

• Provide regular project updates to clients and internal teams
  

• Maintain accurate project documentation and accessible records
  

• Coordinate meetings and resources across departments
  

• Ensure quality standards are met throughout every stage of development
  

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management
  

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects
  

• Background in science, technical fields, or the natural products industry (preferred)
  

• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools
  

• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines
  

• Solid understanding of product development processes and manufacturing workflows
  

• Experience in natural products, manufacturing, or related technical industries (a plus)
  

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
