Brown Thomas Blanchardstown is currently looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join their Planet Beauty & Accessories team on a Part Time (15 & 30 hours), Fixed Term (1 year) basis.
The BTA Sales Consultant will deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience that reflects our luxury brand identity. You will act as a trusted advisor, building long-term client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring service excellence across every interaction. The successful candidate will embody the values of Brown Thomas Arnotts, demonstrating emotional intelligence, product expertise, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities include:
Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating needs and tailoring recommendations to drive sales
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales and service targets
Provide expert product knowledge across multiple categories and stay informed on brand launches
Accurately process transactions, loyalty sign-ups, and returns
Collaborate with stockroom, online, and concessions to ensure seamless operations
Participate in training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Promote adoption of digital tools (e.g., CRM, WhatsApp clienteling, stock locators)
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and data privacy
