The Opportunity

The Sr. Manager, SC Shared Services will maintain functional accountability, for leading a team of professionals, responsible for shared services, (Material Procurement, Expediting, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense Management, Fieldglass Solutions & CWC Program office etc.) with a focus on delivering transformational results, providing strategic oversight, and developing / executing of industry best practices.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the required Directors, Managers, Peers, internal Business Stakeholders, and Suppliers to ensure optimal service is delivered, while driving strategic performance results across the various P2P towers (Material Procurement, Expediting, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense Management, Fieldglass Solutions & CWC Program office etc.)

What you'll do

• Align resources to priorities, and optimize resources in accordance with scope/utilization

• Evaluate performance of employees under direct supervision, including assisting with the establishment of goals and personal development plans for the operations and shared services function

• Manage the resource plans and budget associated with your area of responsibility

• Drive performance results through the development of both internal and external KPI’s and SLAs

• Establish and maintain trust with internal business partners; develop a robust understanding of relevant commodities and strategies to align with business drivers, and priorities

• Develop comprehensive, valuable and transformational strategies to support business demand plans

• Deep dive across multiple business lines and identify synergies to optimize performance, quality, efficiency, and cost

• Develop specific procedures, guidelines, and reference documents to support compliance and policy adherence

• Implement industry best practice strategies, to support seamless business continuity and alignment

• Manage risk and support compliance of P2P activities

• Embody a continuous improvement mindset to deliver best in cost, best in class efficiencies.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration / Management or equivalent

• 10+ years of strategic supply chain management experience 

• 5 + years of strategic procurement leadership experience 

• Advanced Level computer skills to include SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, Power BI, and other business application software 

• Effective Communication Skills

• Strong Time Management & Organization Skills

• Sourcing, Negotiations, and Contract Management experience 

• Supplier Relationship Management experience. 

Preferred Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration / Management or equivalent

• Supply Chain certification

• Lean/Six Sigma credentials & experience

• Detail-Oriented, Self-Motivated and able to respond quickly to a fast moving and ever-changing environment

• Continuous Improvement experience
