Summary/Objective
As the Finance Director, ERP, you will lead and oversee our ERP project from a financial perspective. You will be responsible for ensuring that our new ERP system aligns with our financial compliance, auditing, and regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the organization's overall success.

Key Performance Indicators
· Achieve D365 implementation schedule

· Conduct D365 training sessions per implementation schedule.

· Participate in all scheduled D365 and change management meetings.

Essential Functions
· Lead ERP Implementation for Lancer World Wide.

· Ensure ERP Implementation is JSOX compliant and provide expertise in compliance, internal control and regulatory compliance.

· Regional ERP Alignment to ensure efficient and optimized processes.

· Collaborate with Change Management Team to develop/deliver training programs for ERP system

· Assist ERP process owners to create KPIs to monitor company’s overall efficiency.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role with expertise in financial compliance, auditing, and regulatory requirements.

· Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with financial processes.

· Exceptional project management skills, including budget and timeline management.

· Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in change management and training.

 

Education & Experience
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.

· CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or relevant professional certification is highly desirable.

· ERP Implementation experience

Work Environment
This job operates in a combination of manufacturing and professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
