We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our clinical areas, maintaining high standards of patient care, and supporting the orthodontic team in delivering exceptional treatment experiences.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures
• Work at both our Cool Springs & Maryland Farms locations
• Prepare and maintain orthodontic instruments and equipment
• Take digital x-rays, impressions, and intraoral scans
• Educate patients and parents about oral hygiene and appliance care
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental software
• Help create a warm, welcoming experience for every child and family
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management   

Qualifications: 

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an orthodontic or dental assisting role.
• Certification: Valid RDA license and X-ray certification required. CPR certification preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in orthodontic procedures, digital imaging, and patient management software.
• Personal Traits: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
