What you can expect

As the Product Manager, Data & Analytics, you’ll assist with the strategic design and delivery of a scalable, modern data ecosystem across Zoom’s Revenue organization. Expect to partner closely with senior finance stakeholders, guide a multidisciplinary team, and define the roadmap for data infrastructure, analytics capabilities, and finance transformation. You’ll handle complex challenges with a blend of business insight and technical expertise, playing a pivotal role in advancing Zoom’s data-driven decision-making culture.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and leading the strategic partnership with the GTM Divisional CFO and senior finance leadership, translating business objectives into a roadmap for finance data products and analytics solutions. Champion the adoption of data-driven decision-making across all Finance functions, acting as a key strategic advisor and thought leader.

  • Driving the entire lifecycle of finance data products, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and continuous iteration. Define detailed product specifications, including data models, data quality standards, API requirements, and user interfaces, ensuring alignment with finance business needs and technical feasibility. Develop and manage the finance data product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, technical complexity, and strategic impact.

  • Spearheading the development and implementation of advanced analytical models and methodologies to deeply understand and optimize the performance of our sales organizations. Drive insights by connecting diverse financial aspects, including bookings, churn, revenue recognition, sales compensation, pricing strategies, and customer lifetime value. Develop predictive analytics for sales forecasting, identify key drivers of sales efficiency, and provide actionable intelligence to enhance sales strategy and financial outcomes.

  • Exhibiting a hands-on, data-as-a-product mindset and develop strategy around effectively using multiple levers in our technology stack (including emerging AI capabilities) to solve business challenges. Implement best practices in data quality, governance and compliance reporting for financial data.

  • Training and upskilling business users on new solutions and enable self-service analytics for non-technical users within the Finance organization.

  • Identifying scalable, automatable Finance processes and developing solutions with solid data quality checks to boost operational efficiency as Zoom grows.

What we’re looking for

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related area

  • Have 12+ years of experience in Finance Data Engineering, Business Intelligence and Data Science

  • Have a deep understanding of the Finance function, its core processes, and how finance data analytics intersects with other adjacent functions in the organization

  • Be familiar with modern analytics stacks like Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, DBT, SQL, Python, R, and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. Demonstrated interest and practical experience in applying LLM and other AI capabilities specifically to finance data and analytics challenges

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and partner cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, and Data teams

  • Be experienced in translating business needs into technical requirements and working with developers to implement effective and scalable data solutions.

  • Have experience working in high-growth SaaS companies and understanding the unique financial and sales metrics and KPIs relevant to subscription-based business models

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$124 000,00

Maximum:

$271 200,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
