Oracle Services - Cloud SCM Procurement - Senior Consultant 

The Oracle Services practice assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in the Oracle applications and technology space. This group advises clients within Healthcare & Life Sciences; Energy; Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility; Private Equity; Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Technology; Consumer Products & Retail; Government & Public Sector; and Financial Services sectors. Your key responsibilities  

This position will support Oracle Services Supply Chain/Procurement sub-practice as a member of project teams working with our clients and guiding them through agreed upon phases of the ERP project governance, requirements definition, technology risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training, and rollout of a client's project lifecycle. They will also provide advisory services as part of assessments and support services either as post implementation support or manage service agreements.     

 

Skills and attributes for success  

The primary responsibility for this functional consultant is to provide expertise and implement Oracle Cloud Procurement applications.

• Team with client business and technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology solutions  
• Demonstrate ability to implement Oracle Cloud applications.  
• Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally  
• Interact and communicate effectively with supply chain and technology senior and middle management executives as well as end user and business subject matter experts.  

To qualify for the role, you must have  

• 3+ years of experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration/ Oracle Cloud implementation.
• Proven track record in system implementation for one or more of the following Oracle Supply Chain Functions/Applications: Order Management, Order Procurement, Oracle Shipping Execution
• 3-5 full lifecycle implementations in any of the above
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills.
• Generally, 50% remote and 50% travel.

Ideally, you'll also have 

• Retail inventory experience
• Oracle transportation management experience  
• Degree in Business, or related field (MBA or MS degree preferred) 
• Cloud Certifications in Cloud Applications
