None/Not RequiredWe are seeking a strategic and collaborative Aftermarket Demand Planning Manager to lead demand planning efforts in support of our Environmental & Airframe Control Systems (EACS) business. This role is responsible for aligning supply and demand across key functions, leading a team of planners, and driving process improvements through continuous improvement principles.
You will work closely with finance, supply chain, operations, and analytics teams to enhance forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and support overall business objectives. If you're passionate about data-driven planning and cross-functional leadership, we’d love to hear from you.
What You Will Do
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, contracts, program managers, supply chain, operations, and repair stations to validate and align supply and demand plans.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of aftermarket planners and supporting contractors to achieve performance goals.
Apply CORE (Continuous Improvement) methodologies to identify process gaps and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Facilitate Tier meetings and manage escalations to drive accountability, close performance gaps, and meet customer requirements.
Partner with the aftermarket business analytics team to enhance existing dashboards and develop new metrics to improve visibility and decision-making.
Drive the execution of key initiatives focused on improving demand planning processes, increasing forecast accuracy, and optimizing inventory levels.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Qualifications We Prefer
Led, coached, and developed teams with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
Utilized ERP systems such as SAP and advanced planning tools to align supply and demand accurately.
Applied data analytics tools including SQL, Alteryx, and Microsoft Excel to support operational analysis.
Designed and maintained dashboards and KPIs to improve visibility, track performance, and inform decision-making.
Executed process improvement initiatives and change management activities using methodologies such as CORE, Lean, or Six Sigma.
