Job Description
As a Senior Data Engineer at Ensora Health, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure and pipelines. You will leverage innovative AI and machine learning techniques to enhance business outcomes, driving data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will understand data requirements, develop scalable data solutions, and implement processes that ensure data quality and accessibility. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming our data operations and unlocking new insights to support our mission.Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable data pipelines to support data processing and analytics.
Develop and maintain ETL processes for data transformation and preparation.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to improve data models and ensure data accessibility.
Deploy machine learning models to production environments to enhance business outcomes.
Ensure data quality and consistency across various sources.
Manage data warehousing solutions to support large-scale analytics.
Monitor and optimize data infrastructure for performance and reliability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in data engineering, data system development, or related roles.
Proficiency in ETL technologies and processes.
Experience with big data tools and databases.
Expertise in cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, Scala, or R.
Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their application in data engineering.
Understanding of database security and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage and mentor junior data engineers.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
