This position serves as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer of Network Services, in developing and implementing policy for the management and direction of the state's network and broadband services. In this role you will serve as a policy-making official, formulating, implementing, and interpreting policy for the total management process of Network Operations statewide and will manage statewide networking and broadband operations including the Illinois Century Network. In addition, you will serve as an agency spokesperson and will lead and develop a team of highly skilled IT professionals to achieve agency goals and objectives.
