Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

ManTech is currently seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager to become part of the TA leadership team.  This position will be hybrid in nature - requiring you to come into a ManTech facility 2-3 days a week, while also allowing you to work from home. In this role, you will interface with business and technical thought leaders and program managers to deliver qualified talent that will focus on solutions supporting our strategic priorities, across all of our Business Sectors.  You will work with Division Managers and their leadership teams to understand their talent acquisition needs and drive strategic sourcing and recruitment of technical and analytical professionals.  In addition, you will support strategic business development opportunities by developing tailored talent acquisition strategies.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Partner with each Sector and Division and act as a strategic advisor

• Develop and manage a team of talent acquisition business partners to support the overall business

• Develop sourcing strategies

• Ensure that the applicant tracking system is maintained and completed; applicants are contacted, screened, interviewed and dispositioned appropriately in accordance with OFCCP guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• 10 or more years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience preferably with experience supporting the defense and intelligence market spaces both domestic and international

• 10 or more years of experience managing and mentoring a team of talent acquisition business partners

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree.   4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.

• Demonstrated experience in all full life-cycle recruiting components to include, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying/screening candidates, networking, OFCCP compliance, job analysis, salary trend analysis, and pipeline and relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent project management skills

• Demonstrate strong analytical skills.

• Possess strong oral/written communication skills.

• Demonstrate strong initiative and work well under tight deadlines.

• Demonstrate ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent (i.e. complex Boolean strings in Google, Chrome extensions, etc).
