The Exterior Company (TEC) is one of the fastest-growing roofing and exterior contractors in the region—and we’re officially expanding into Pittsburgh. With over $5 million in sales already in the pipeline, we’re building something bold from the ground up. Now, we’re looking for a driven, hands-on leader to help us launch and grow a high-performing team. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in construction, roofing, or a related industry. 3+ years of experience in a leadership role with multi-functional oversight (sales, operations, etc.). Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment. A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a clear bias toward action. Excellent communication and people leadership skills. Familiarity with CRM tools, project management systems, and scheduling software preferred.
