Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Information Technology (IT) Generalist to join our team in Bangor, WA.

CLEARANCE

  • Active TS/SCI clearance (existing clearance required to start)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph

LOCATION

  • Bangor, WA

OVERVIEW

  • Operate and maintain mission, local, and enterprise information systems in compliance with OCIO IT and cybersecurity policies.
  • Support mission IT systems, including desktop OSs, workstations, thin clients, video teleconferencing systems, printers, scanners, multifunction printers, network devices, and endpoints.
  • Conduct general operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting for information systems.
  • Provide on-site expertise for facility monitoring systems such as facility alarm systems, business telephone systems, access control, video surveillance, and other customer-specified technology.
  • Maintain a strong cybersecurity posture by applying patches, mitigating vulnerabilities, and responding to leadership's data calls.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Four (4) or more years of IT experience in one or more areas: desktop administrator, network administrator, server administrator, or service desk technician.
  • Demonstrated experience in:
    • Deploying, patching, managing, and maintaining Microsoft Windows or Linux enterprise systems.
    • Providing desktop support services to a variety of platforms, including virtual machines, storage area networks, routers, switches, and TACLANES.
    • Independently troubleshooting and resolving system errors and configurations.
    • Managing accounts and applying Group Policy Objects in Active Directory.
    • Conducting vulnerability mitigation and applying DISA STIGs.
    • Managing software installation, configuration, life cycle, and inventory.
    • Using remote monitoring tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues across a dispersed IT enterprise.
  • Must meet the credential requirements for a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity workforce (CSWF) position.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new and changing technology.
  • Limited domestic travel may be required (up to 10%).

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with facility/alerting notification systems, Private Branch Exchange (PBX) business telephone systems, access control, video surveillance, or alarm systems.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+ CE, CompTIA Network+ CE or Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
