THE JOB:

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Evaluate casino guests’ activity to provide tailored incentives, including comps, discounts, and exclusive perks.

• Greet guests upon check-in and throughout their stay, ensuring personalized service and satisfaction.

• Manage guest reservations using advanced systems like VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA, and PATRON.

• Collaborate with marketing teams and attend special events to promote the property.

• Resolve guest inquiries and disputes with professionalism and care.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information while adhering to all local laws and compliance standards.

• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Thai.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• A polished, professional appearance that reflects our high standards.

• The ability to travel domestically or internationally to meet with clients as needed.
