What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems
• Recommend repairs or system upgrades that actually help the customer
• Occasionally assist with installs (not your main job)
• Represent our brand and company with professionalism, care, and pride

What You Need:

• 3+ years of HVAC experience (service)
• EPA Universal preferred
• Valid DL & clean background
• Comfort with variable-speed systems, refrigerant handling, and wiring diagrams
• A desire to do things right the first time—and be part of something new
