Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. is hiring a hands-on, results driven Fleet Maintenance Operations Manager to lead our Henderson, NC service location. If you have the ability to reduce downtime, manage a team, control the inventory process and preventative maintenance programs, while delivering top-tier customer service, we want to hear from you!

 Job Responsibilities:


Lead day-to-day operations for diesel trucks, trailers, and refrigeration units.
Supervise a team of Technicians ensuring timely preventative and corrective maintenance and inspection process
Reduce fleet downtime through a structured PM schedule
Oversee operations of the facility, service shop, and parts department
Lead, train, and schedule technicians and support staff
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery
Manage safety compliance, facility upkeep, and inventory controls
Responsible for new employee onboarding, performance reviews, and scheduling
Support shop floor operations during peak times
Coordinate internal warranties and project timelines
Promote a positive, high-performance team culture





Qualifications:


Valid driver’s license (unrestricted)
Prior experience in operations or leadership in fleet or trailer maintenance
Strong technical knowledge of semi/trailer repair, equipment, and industry standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Knowledge of workplace safety practices and compliance
High school diploma or equivalent
