What you'll do

• Investigate, analyze and resolve incidents with a focus on maintaining a high resolution rate, ensuring minimal disruption to operations,# and documenting all actions thoroughly. Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Work extensively with core systems such as SAP FI, Nomentia, SAP BTP and UiPath to support and enhance Finance to Close operations, leveraging your expertise in system modules and End-to-End processes.
• Ensure compliance and operational integrity by applying IT service management best practices, adhering to SLAs and following established procedures.
• Collaborate with Application Consultants and other stakeholders to identify and implement technical improvement opportunities, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining and organizing documentation, supporting knowledge management initiatives, and implementing process optimizations to enhance system performance.

Who you are

• Technical Expertise: You bring a solid understanding of core systems such as SAP FI, Nomentia, SAP BTP and UiPath, paired with the ability to navigate complex system modules and End-to-End processes.

• Strong Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.
