<p>Syone, a leading technology consulting firm, is seeking a<strong> Data Scientist </strong>to join our team! If you want to play a crucial role in analyzing complex data sets to uncover valuable insights and drive data-driven decision-making in the Energy &amp; Utilities market, join us!</p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong><strong><strong>What you'll do:</strong></strong></strong></p> <ul><li><strong>End-to-End Development in AWS Cloud Platform:</strong> Work on the end-to-end development of data-driven functionalities in a cloud-based environment, with a focus on the Energy &amp; Utilities sector.</li><li><strong>Exploratory Data Analysis:</strong> Perform exploratory data analysis to gain valuable insights and actively contribute to architectural discussions and proof of concept creation.</li><li><strong>Proof of Concept:</strong> Develop proof of concepts to validate solutions before full-scale implementation.</li><li><strong>Production Development and Deployment:</strong> Develop production versions of functionalities, conduct testing, deploy to cloud environments in development, quality, and production, monitor initial functionality, and perform debugging and evolutionary maintenance.</li><li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Thoroughly document all created functionalities using Confluence to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.</li><li><strong>Debugging and Evolutionary Maintenance:</strong> Provide support for debugging and maintaining functionalities, which may include those developed by oneself or by others.</li><li><strong>Data Extraction and Exploratory Analysis Support:</strong> Collaborate on data extraction and exploratory analysis activities;</li></ul> <p><strong><strong><strong>What you will need to bring:</strong></strong></strong><br/></p> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;</li><li>Strong knowledge of the Energy &amp; Utilities market and GDPR;</li><li>Proficiency in Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence is valued;</li><li>Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.</li><li>Proven experience in developing machine learning projects using Python, R, or SAS.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to deploy models in production environments and manage the model lifecycle.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.</li><li>Experience in programming and debugging.</li><li>A genuine interest in the field of data science.</li></ul> <p><strong>Technical skills:</strong></p> <ul><li>Deep understanding of Data Science.</li><li>Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Athena, EC2, Glue, DDB, CDK / Cloud Formation, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in Spark/Pyspark.</li><li>Knowledge of methods for accelerating data processing in Python.</li><li>Expertise in Jupyter Notebooks.</li><li>Familiarity with Git.</li></ul> <p><strong>What can Syone offer me:</strong></p> <ul><li>Integration in an organization with profound and sustained growth and involvement in pioneering projects with innovative technological solutions;</li><li><strong>Strong IT training plans and Certifications;</strong></li><li><strong>Professional evolution with intervention in ambitious technological projects, both national and internationally.</strong></li></ul>
