Job Description:
HPE develops and shares our enterprise IT efficiency expertise with customers, stakeholders, and in thought- leadership events using a global team of technology experts. The successful candidate will carry out these activities with a focus on customers across North and South America, exercising significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, governments, stakeholders, and investors to showcase HPE’s leadership in the topics of IT efficiency and sustainability
- Provide customer and stakeholder insights to functional organizations that manage and implement aspects of assigned topic areas to allow for continuous improvement.
- Train sales teams, account executives, strategic leaders, and employees in the value of HPE’s leadership in assigned topic areas.
- Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with management to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues.
- Lead articulation of assigned program elements in whitepapers, reports, presentations, rating submissions, and HPE’s annual Living Progress Report
- Mentor other less-experienced staff members.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent technical topic
- Minimum of 5+ years of technical experience with exposure to a data center with knowledge of enterprise IT products.
- Experience in data center technologies including compute, storage and networking hardware and solutions.
- Experience in sustainability, IT efficiency and technology design desirable
- Experience in business development strategies, including direct customer engagements with executives
- Excellent public speaking skills for large audiences
- Must be able to travel up to 20%
