Meaningful Work from Day One
The holder of this position will be a key Brand & Business Insight team member. This person will be looking for new opportunities of growth among the Polish market, focuses on influencing shopper purchase behaviour to drive growth for our customers’ spirits categories
This requires a significant ability to lead, inspire and empower key stakeholders, both externally and internally. It is supported by a curious mind, a passion for understanding categories/shoppers and a strong ability to analyze data and create powerful, actionable insight.

What You Can Expect

• Champion Market Trends and Performance analysis:  Diagnose market situation, forecast the future, provide comprehensive market overviews to highlight trends, risks, opportunities, and market performance. Utilize within daily work various data sources to identify key insights and actionable strategies.
• Lead Category Development agenda: Drive the shopper understanding within Brown-Forman, champion the development of shopper knowledge and integrate it into the business.  Lead the Shopper Insights agenda in customer meetings, contribute to building strong, win-win relationships with customers, and conduct category management projects.
• Perform Research and Analysis: Manage in-depth shopper research (qualitative, quantitative) and analysis using primary and secondary sources. Develop methods to measure the effectiveness of promotional activities.
• Develop Strategic Inputs: Provide strategic inputs to business processes (e.g. annual brand/channel planning) in category development and growth opportunities identification.
• Partnering with others: Close co-operation with the sales team, trade marketing and marketing. Support development of compelling commercial arguments for retailers and wholesalers. Co-create internal brand retail strategy by recognizing commercial opportunities highlighted through data.
• Training and Development: Continuously develop and deliver training activities to enhance the knowledge and skills of the Brown-Forman Sales and Marketing teams regarding shopper and retail data/fact-based insights.

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years’ experience within Market Analytics/ Category Management/ Shopper Insights
• Expertise in working with data analysis & research tools (e.g. Nielsen, IWSR)
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high quality market data analysis & presentations
• Demonstrates ability to work effectively and efficiently within dynamic business environment
• Strong computer skills, or ability to quickly build proficiency in them (MS Office, Google Workspace, Tableau etc.)
• Fluent Polish and English (speaking and writing)
