Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing technical leadership and direction of database products at enterprise level and for working with IT Product Managers and Product Engineering teams in the lifecycle management of an IT product in the data infrastructure (databases, DB analytics, Scripting).
This involves working directly with internal users of products and services in creating a feedback loop for product development.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree and 4 years in Information Technology or relevant experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.

* Hands on experience as a DBA with database platforms with SQL Server and one of the followings (DB2, Oracle, Postgres) and understand the database market trends.

* Experience with Ansible or Terraform is a plus

* Experience with Powershell scripting is a must

* Experience with development and development toolsets

* Experience with database architecture and engineering implementations.

* Experience with database related infrastructure: storage, network, security, server performance.

* Experience in development of database High Availability and DR deployments.

* Experience in application development platforms and/or data infrastructure systems

* Experience in Azure cloud computing (IaaS / SaaS / PaaS) is a must.
