Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides a broad range of administrative, operational, and staff support services for the Consumer and Business Banking (CBB) Risk team. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative professional who can manage competing priorities, support senior-level leaders, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Position Highlights

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple senior-level executives, including heavy and complex calendaring and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, in-person events, leadership offsites, presentations, and travel arrangements; provide on-site support in Minneapolis as needed
  • Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports in accordance with company policies
  • Collect, compile, and interpret data to produce routine and ad-hoc reports and presentation materials
  • Conduct special projects and provide operational support requiring sound judgment and discretion
  • Compose and edit correspondence, presentations, and documentation with a high degree of professionalism
  • Maintain and update organization charts, distribution lists, and shared team resources
  • Order office supplies and coordinate office floor maintenance with facilities, IT, and vendors
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint to support administrative and reporting needs
  • Effectively prioritize, reprioritize, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically five or more years of experience in administrative or support staff roles

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Strong team player with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
  • Proven self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint

Hybrid/flexible schedule

 

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
