Oversee assessment and evaluation programming for faculty, implementing and maintaining processes that provide faculty with both data-informed and qualitative feedback on their teaching.
Work with the AVP to stay informed about new, educational AI tools. Create opportunities for teachers to experiment with AI in the classroom to enhance student learning, improve student outcomes, and optimize instructional time.
Manage and allocate funding to support initiatives related to innovative teaching practices, instructional design, SoTL, and technology integration in the classroom.
Ensure that the development of the Center is conducted in a manner that is economically and structurally efficient.
Conduct data-informed and qualitative analyses to assess the effectiveness of CTAI’s initiatives, measuring improvements in terms of both faculty excellence and student outcomes.

Regularly engage with the campus-wide community.
Generate ideas for improving student outcomes and elevating faculty excellence, specifically, ideas for faculty-led teaching programs that cultivate a culturally, socio-emotionally, and technologically adaptable institution.
Lead the development and implementation of CTAI's initiatives and resources, ensuring they align with Montclair’s mission and values, as well as our objectives for the program.
