Associate Project Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate Project Coordinator works closely with our dealers and Midmark sales force to ensure our customers’ orders are accurate and delivered on-time. This position will have the responsibility for planning, ordering, directing, and coordinating the activities for projects.
ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Works with various trades including: architects, contractors, customers, dealers, and Midmark sales force
- Creates and files project folders for project coordinators
- Manages departmental email
- Obtains freight quotes upon request
- Enters and processes small project orders using an ERP system
- Coordinates deliveries and installations
- Runs and updates different departmental reports
- Problem solves delivery needs of the customer with Midmark’s logistics department and project coordinators
- Fulfills punch list/service warranty orders
- Communicates product information via email, phone, and virtual
- Provides phone coverage for departmental call centers
- Manages multiple requests, tasks and deadlines
- Supports and implements MPS principles and theme work
- Ensures Midmark’s compliance to all quality procedures and guidelines
SECONDARY DUTIES:
- Assists project coordinators when in behind condition with project coordination and/or processing orders
- Utilizes 2D and 3D software to maintain design drawings throughout a project
- Trains teammates on departmental processes
- Obtains field measurements as needed
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
COMPETENCY/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer Experience knowledge preferred
- Process oriented, proactive and customer-focused
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexible, detail oriented, and able to quickly act under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects
- Intermediate MS Office skills required
- CRM/ERP system experience desired
- Logistics/transportation knowledge
