Job Summary:
Leads project and integration initiatives that involve a holistic view of the revenue cycle, bridging multiple functional areas to provide a centralized management approach to efforts requiring high-degrees of cross-collaboration and/or complexity.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
- Three years' related experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Deploys and supports all phases of organizational projects and initiatives and to guide teams and departments to successful implementation.
- Analyzes and assesses present and future needs, trends, challenges, and opportunities related to each Project assigned. Utilizes a variety of software applications to create/compose both project tracking and validation.
- Manages knowledge transfer through effective communication to senior management, operational leaders and all ancillary team members to affect positive outcomes.
- Creates and ensures the work plan is managed appropriately and all applicable steps are outlined and completed.
- Identifies and recommends opportunities for improvement and business development in accordance with defined revenue cycle goals.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
