ALCIVIA is growing and looking to add a full-time Grain Customer Solutions Specialist at our brand new state-of-the-art grain facility in Hager City, WI. Work Setting: Onsite and In-Office.

Pay Type: Hourly, bi-weekly.

Work Location: N1474 770th Street, Hager City, WI, 54014.

Core Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Grain Customer Solutions Specialist Essential Responsibilities:

ALCIVIA is looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our Grain Business Unit. In this position, you will be a part of our Central Grain Customer Service Team and work on administrative tasks within our computer systems. The Customer Solutions Specialist is responsible for providing effective customer support for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-department knowledge of ALCIVIA products and services as well as communicating effectively with team members throughout ALCIVIA.

• Issue grain settlements to customers in compliance with established policies and procedures
• Record trades and offers for producers efficiently and on time
• Supply the documentation requested by producers in a timely manner
• Process customer orders accurately and timely
• Successfully and quickly answer customer questions
• Handle customer changes and returns according to policies and procedures
• Enter accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
• Work closely with credit department to resolve customer disputes
• Notify management regarding important service issues or customer concerns
• Partner with sales to exceed customer expectations
• Support cross-divisional collaboration whenever possible
• Help in other areas of the business as bandwidth allows
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Grain Customer Solutions Specialist Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience is required
• Customer Service experience is required
• Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Applications
• Agriculture knowledge preferred
• Comfortable with numbers and office procedures
• Understanding of purchase receipts and invoices
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Customer focus
• Sales and service focused mindset
