Job Description:

As the Source to Settle Lead, you will be at the forefront of streamlining procurement and supply chain processes within a dynamic Oracle Cloud environment. Your role will be pivotal in managing the full spectrum of sourcing to settlement activities, ensuring that all procurement functions—from vendor selection to final payment—are executed with precision and efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include leveraging Oracle Cloud Sourcing tools to optimize sourcing strategies, overseeing the Cloud Supplier Qualification Management to maintain high-quality supplier standards, and efficiently managing supplier interactions through the Cloud Supplier Portal. This position necessitates a diligent focus on improving procurement operations and a commitment to fostering robust supplier relationships.

Your proficiency in Oracle Cloud modules will be crucial in this role. You'll need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of how to effectively utilize these tools to improve procurement processes. Your skill set should encompass not only the technical aspects of Oracle Cloud solutions but also the strategic application of these tools to drive cost savings and process efficiencies. Your ability to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and to safeguard sensitive information will be essential.

In order to excel in this position, your background should include a blend of technical expertise and practical experience. Exposure to the intricacies of Oracle Cloud Sourcing and Supplier Management systems will enable you to hit the ground running. Your previous experience optimizing procurement processes will prove invaluable as you seek to refine and enhance the source-to-settle lifecycle. The ideal candidate will not only possess the technical acumen necessary to manage these systems but also the strategic vision to leverage them for maximum organizational benefit. Your role will be critical in shaping the procurement strategy and ensuring that the company’s sourcing activities are aligned with its overarching goals.

Must have:

• Oracle Cloud Sourcing
• Strong knowledge of federal and commercial ERP / Financial business processes
• Additional working knowledge of other ERP Cloud modules that integrate with Procurement & Supplier module
• Willingness to upskill and certify in Oracle ERP Cloud modules
• BA or BS degree
• US Citizenship required

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
