About the role
POSITION PURPOSE:The Supervisor – IT Infrastructure (Supervisor – Information Technology Infrastructure) role is to supervise and ensure the efficient operation of the company’s networks, client servers, databases, and equipment. This includes supervising the IT staff responsible for monitoring and diagnosing network and server system problems. The Supervisor – IT Infrastructure will also work closely with the other functional IT Team Management in order to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental, Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) and PGCB policies, practices, and procedures.QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:Minimum Employment Requirements:

SQL
- 18 years of age, proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English; both in oral and written form.
- Interpersonal skills with focused attention on guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts.
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Wind Creek appearance standards.
- Maintain consistent adherence to Wind Creek’s customer service standards.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field four (4) years in an infrastructure and network support capacity;
- Experience and/or familiarity with the following or similar technologies is preferred:
Cisco UCSX - 8, Broadcom VMware, Avamar/Veeam Data Backup Software
SQL
- Four (4) or more years working knowledge and experience with SAN technology (including EMC and Pure Storage SAN’s).
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.
- Knowledge of computer maintenance, software support, network design, cabling, communications, and hardware selections installation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to self-manage.
- Excel at problem-solving and planning.
- Highly organized and ability to prioritize complex projects.
- Ability to multi-tasking.
- Physical ability to access all areas of the property.
- Ability to withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction, work indoors, outdoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to CRT fatigue, noise, dust, cigarette smoke.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment and maintain physical stamina, proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to lift or carry a minimum of 20 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks assigned.
- Ability to work with others, communicate well, receive direction; review your own work.

- Must be able to qualify for, apply for and obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board license if required.
- Supervises the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of IT systems, including networks, data centers, servers, operating systems, and associated hardware.
- Complies with all gaming statutory obligations and company policy.
- Ensures the efficient utilization of IT resources – including personnel and equipment – within the team.
- Supports users with technical advice and problem resolution.
- Makes recommendations for the improvement and growth of the network and infrastructure IT systems.
- Makes recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of infrastructure procurement and development efforts.
- Monitors the utilization of all networks to detect potential errors or problems and provides necessary prevention guidelines.
