What You'll Do

As a Line/Grill Cook II, we entrust in you to be a leader in the operation and have a passion for training other associates, as well as delivering on customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing a variety of dishes made from our very own recipes
• Responsible for setting up food preparation lines including grill, sauté, fry cooking station, and pantry lines.
• Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu items
• Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes for allocated station
• Serve menu items compliant with established standards
• Collaborate with team members and chefs to develop new menu items

 What it Takes

• High School or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of related work experience
• Ability to obtain WI Food Handlers License
• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant facility
• Ability to multi-tsk and able to follow written or verbal instructions
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
