Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Strategy Lead to drive high impact initiatives at the intersection of AI, human data, and enterprise customers. This is a senior, commercially oriented role for someone who can think strategically, partner deeply with clients, and own complex technical and data initiatives endtoend.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Engineering to design solutions that solve real customer problems, accelerate revenue, and shape the future of our AI data platform and services.

• Own strategic customer engagements from discovery through delivery and expansion.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients in AI, ML, NLP, and data-driven organizations.• Translate customer goals into scalable, commercially viable technical solutions.
• Design end-to-end architectures involving:
  • Human-in-the-loop data workflows
  • LLM training, evaluation, and alignment
  • Linguistic annotation, RLHF, and data curation pipelines
• Partner with Sales to:
  • Scope opportunities
  • Shape proposals and SOWs
  • Support late-stage deals and executive conversations
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Operations to:
  • Launch new offerings
  • Improve delivery models
  •  Identify repeatable, scalable solutions
• Lead and own internal initiatives from concept to execution (no hand-offs, no silos).

Additional Job Details:

You are direct, thoughtful, and pragmatic. You care about substance over hype and outcomes over optics. You are comfortable in front of customers and respected by delivery and technical teams because you understand both the theory and the reality of how AI systems are built. You likely bring: 

• A background in Computational Linguistics, NLP, Machine Learning, or a closely related field 
• Significant experience in technical strategy, solutions, or client facing technical roles 
• Deep familiarity with human in the loop systems and linguistic data workflows 

You are known for your ability to: 

• Build trust quickly with clients and internal teams 
• Ask the right questions and cut through ambiguity 
• Balance technical rigor with commercial realities 
• Influence decisions without relying on hierarchy 
• Communicate clearly, directly, and respectfully 

• Direct experience with:
  • Annotation, RLHF, or alignment workflows 
  • Linguistic data pipelines 
  • LLM training or evaluation 
• An understanding of how AI systems are built and how AI companies generate revenue 
• A passion for:
