Talanx's group-wide Graduate Program offers you the opportunity to quickly take on responsibility in one of Germany's largest insurance players. Over a period of 12 months, in addition to Hannover Re as your home base, you will have the chance to experience exciting areas of Talanx AG during multi-week rotations (such as HDI Global and Talanx Re), thus gaining insight into the entire value chain of insurance - from primary insurer to reinsurer. Upon successful completion of your trainee program, you will join Hannover Re on a permanent basis. • Gain insights into the pricing of insurance products, risk management, or the development of innovative reinsurance solutions.

You come equipped with

 

• Above-average completion of a master's degree in business administration, economics, (business) mathematics, or a comparable field of study
• Internships, preferably in the financial sector, or a vocational training in insurance or banking
• International experience, which you have gained, for example, through study abroad programs
• Proficiency in German (at least B2) and English at a negotiation level (at least C1)
• Your enthusiasm, curiosity, drive, analytical mindset, and passion for interdisciplinary collaboration really make you stand out for this opportunity
